All Standard Memorialsunless otherwise stated all memorial work offered by Roselawn Monuments
are posted prices. The price quoted to you will include the memorial, name dates of birth and death, design, contrasting
and lithocrome on Premium Georgia Gray Granite. In most instances all same size memorials are available in a variety
of designs for the same price. Additional lettering or designs require additional labor and will incur additional charges.
Due to the potential for content variations on any individual memorial we do not offers consumers a General Price List for
retention, however ALL CONSUMERS are welcome to inspect our GENERAL PRICE LIST by appointment
during regular business hours.
Roselawn Memorial Price Quote Policy To
avoid any mis understanding with regard to price quotes, our policy is to offer only written/registered quotes on specific
work. To obtain a written quote will require the following information: Name, address and phone number
of person requesting quote. If quote is to be emailed complete email address. ALL information that is to
be engraved (Name, Dates of Birth and Death, additional lettering) on the memorial being quoted.
In the event the information provided is other than conveyed to Roselawn at the time of inquiry Roselawn
reserves the right to revise it's guaranteed price quote.
Guaranteed PricingRoselawn Monuments guarantee's it's price to be the lowest for a comparable
memorial furnished by any Louisiana Licensed Memorial Dealer. If within 10 days of a purchase you obtain a lower written
quote from a Louisiana Licensed Memorial Dealer for a comparable memorial, Roselawn Monuments will refund 110% of the difference
in price. If you present supporting documentation & quote for a memorial from a Licensed dealer Roselawn Monuments
will matach the offer or give you $50.00 for your trouble.
Due to the variety of cemetery requirements, rules and regulations, INSTALLATION
of Memorial is a separate fee unless otherwise stated in writing.
Memorial prices for standard memorials range
in price from $360.00 to $50,000.00
ALL Memorial Markers and Monuments are available
in a variety of designs ine each catagory with the capabilities t customize at no additional charge. Also each catagory
is available in various sizes/ All Standard In Stock Memorial Prices are Posted, You are welcome to view our price list
by appointment.
Installation of Memorial Work
As a Memorial Purchasing Consumer, you have a right to choose who will
install your memorial work. You may install the memorial yourself, engage Roselawn Monuments, select a third party or
in some instances hire the cemetery to perform the installation of your memorial work. NO CEMETERY AUTHORITY
MAY PROHIBIT YOU FROM CHOICE TO HIRE A MEMORIAL INSTALLERso long as the installation is performed by an individual
complying with the written rules and regulations of the cemetery.
Cemeteries
may have reasonable rules and regulation and charge a reasonable fee to inspect the installation
of your memorial work. Roselawn Monuments assumes no responsibility for the installation and durability of the
foundation work provided by anyone other than Roselawn Monuments.
Roselawn Monuments has over 70 Years of memorial installation experience, specialized equipment, necessary
materials and personnel. For your protection we carry $1,000,000.00 of General Liability, Automobile and State Required
Worker's Compensation Insurance in the event someone is injured or property is accidentally damaged in route to and from or
while your installation work is completed.

the East Central Louisiana and West Mississippi area since 1939 is a Member of the Monument Builders of North
America, the Louisiana Mississippi Monument Builders Association, The Greater Baton Rouge Better Business Bureau.
